“Post COVID I just needed to do something! I’d been to other gyms but liked the idea of a women’s gym and a 25 minute exercise session. The ladies here are really down to earth and I always have a good giggle with them. I fit my gym session around working and childcare. It’s good to use this as my ‘time out’ and I always feel better after a workout.
The access at weekends has helped me co-ordinate my workout around the kids’ winter sports. I know that if I’m feeling good it will benefit the kids.

“After my husband passed away I found myself getting anxious. My neighbour invited me to come and try Absolute Fitness Studio 4 Women. Getting moving and using the weight machines has improved my circulation and helped me manage my weight and diet – I’ve even lost a roll on my belly! I’ve also noticed the arthritis in my fingers has improved, I can now grip better, without pain. I love the Tai Chi class, it helps me feel calmer and afterwards some of us go out for coffee :)”
